Our people and how we work

At the start of any new project, our Talent Managers and Talent Partners work with you to gain a full understanding of your business’ requirements. We hold a number of briefing meetings between our experts and your internal hiring managers. The purpose of these meetings are twofold; on the one hand they allow us to find out exactly what you need, and theyare also an opportunity for our people to give you their expert analysis of your needs given the current talent marketplace; giving you the knowledge and confidence you need to make the right talent decisions, which means together we can create a plan that will get you thevery best talent you need to drive your business forward in a cost-effective and efficient way.

Once we’ve agreed the strategy, our Talent Managers are the people who you’ll have most contact with on a regular basis. They’re the client-facing team, focused on defining the project scope and ensuring the project remains on track. In many instances they will be onsite with the client for the duration of the project, providing expertise and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. While connecting with clients, our Talent Managers also work closely with our Talent Partners to ensure the strategy is delivered on time and within budget.

The Spinks on Site embedded solution has been delivered across a number of different projects where ambitious organisations have been looking to scale at speed. Our Talent Partners have had a huge impact on the results.



Our team were embedded within Couchbase’s internal talent team and worked across three different projects. Together our Talent Managers and Talent Partners hired a total of 61 hard-to-fill roles, saving the business £102,750 on agency fees. During this project, we acted as a value-add-consultancy and improved Couchbase’s long-term recruitment outcomes. We were rated a 5/5 on our impact on their recruitment needs.

We worked with Vu.City to hire for 21 hard-to-fill roles, developing a cutting-edge and centralised recruitment process for them to use for the long-term, and introducing a ‘new way of working’ with technology at the forefront. Not only that, but because of the close working relationship with the company and our expertise, our Talent Partners helped to identify potential issues with the corporate culture and ultimately provided lasting change through the delivery of the Vu.City hiring journey.
