Spinks on Site win Silver at the In House Recruitment Awards
Spinks, the trusted talent partner to the start-up and scale-up community, are delighted to announce that after our embedded talent solution, Spinks on Site, was shortlisted for three awards at this years In House Recruitment awards, we were chosen to win the Silver Award in the Outsourced In-House Recruitment category.
The awards evening was hosted at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge on the 29th November, and brought together talent recruitment teams from across the UK to announce winners for a range of categories recognising the top achievements across the industry.
We are delighted to have been recognised for the hard work our fantastic talent team put in on our embedded project with Couchbase, and are thrilled to be able to make a real difference in supporting businesses to scale up successfully.

Our project with Couchbase saw us exceed all targets by developing a scalable and repeatable graduation programme from the ground up and developed their sales and technology teams on a global scale.
