Spinks nominated for three awards for the In House Recruitment awards 2023

Spinks, the trusted talent partner to the start-up and scale-up community, are delighted to announce that our embedded talent solution, Spinks on Site, has been shortlisted for three awards at this years In House Recruitment awards.  

Two of the nominations are for the RPO Team of Year category, which recognises our embedded talent projects with both Couchbase and ManyPets. 

At Couchbase, we exceeded all targets by developing a scalable and repeatable graduation programme from the ground up and developed their sales and technology teams on a global scale.  

At ManyPets, we took an innovative approach by recruiting hard-to-find tech roles, cutting recruitment times and most importantly supporting their internal team by helping them to build a talent pool of top technical talent for the future.  

Our third nomination is for the Tech Hiring category, which again recognises our work on the ManyPets project, working with the business to understand their talent needs, improving their hiring process and ultimately supporting them to fill roles across multiple geographies, reducing time to hire by 45% and helping them grow their tech team across multiple geographies by 625%. 

The In House Recruitment awards will be hosted at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge on the 29th November, to announce winners for a range of categories recognising the top achievements across the industry.
